Two Tier Affiliate Programs

One way to increase your affiliate earnings, is to join two tier affiliate programs. With regular affiliate programs, you only earn money if and when you sell products and services for the program you've joined. With a two tier affiliate program though, you can also earn money when other people make sales... if they've signed up for the same affiliate program through your affiliate link.

You don't make money just by having a new affiliate sign up under you. Instead you make money if that affiliate signs up under you, and then proceeds to make affiliate sales. These affiliates who sign up under you are usually called "sub affiliates".

Now, you don't usually make tons of money from sub affiliates. In fact, you usually earn just a small fraction from them compared to what you can earn by making sales yourself. Let's say for example, you've affiliated with a company that pays you 50% commission on any sales you make through your affiliate link. If that company offer a second tier option, they're likely to pay just 10% to you, for any sales your sub affiliates make.

Now the sub affiliates will still earn 50% of their sales too. Your commissions will not be taken from theirs. Your commissions instead, are taken from the profit of the actual company you're selling for.

Having sub affiliates is an excellent way to make extra money. In rare cases, you can make a very good living from sub affiliates. But to do this you must first sign up many affiliates under you. Signing up hundreds of affiliates might work decently, but the more the better because not all affiliates make sales. In fact, only about 5%-10% of them will make sales.

You can help increase the amount of sales your sub affiliates make, but it takes a lot of time, effort and hard work. Some of the ways you can help improve their performance is to train them, mentor them, create custom sales material for them, and give them bonuses they can use when promoting the program. In essence, if you become an independant affiliate program manager for your own group of sub affiliates, you can increase their sales greatly and in doing so, help build your own income streams too.

This is a profitable way to approach affiliate marketing, but it's much more profitable if you also make direct sales yourself.

MANAGEMENT

Investment Team

CashRev's investment management team is comprised of 10-15 investment teams and many support staff. In addition an independent affiliate has been retained to render client service functions. CashRev online Investment Management believes that our growth and stability is only as strong as the long-term relationships that we form with our clients and strategic partners. These relationships are nurtured with trust as their backbone, experience as their guide and long-term performance as their goal to ensure that every client is successful in attaining his/her investment objectives.

Our Research Department is comprised of three teams of investment professionals who have extensive experience in the investment arena. Their background and diligent work ethic provides an excellent basis for the implementation of CashRev online investment strategy on the portfolio. The Research department is responsible to provide selections of investment opportunities to Senior Management, which then decide which proposed idea best fits into the portfolio. One of the three research team is also specialized in identifying hedging techniques and this Hedging Specialist team has an integral role in the portfolio's risk management while others specialize in High Return Project Development.

The Risk Management as explained in detail in other sections on this site and in other informational materials available to qualified investors is a combined effort between CashRev's hedging specialist team, High Return Project Development Team and senior management. The fund generally does not engage into transactions that cannot be properly hedged.

Our Trading Department is headed by few senior trader teams who are supported by two trading assistants. The trader oversees all placed order and their execution. The reconciliation of trades is done by a third independent back office professional team.

The Back Office functions for the fund are handled partially internally and partially externally through our administrator. CashRev's internal Back Office handles the reconciliation of trades with brokers, position reconciliation and the communication with the administrator relating to investors inquiries as well as other secretarial functions. The External Back Office is handled by CashRev's administrator, which performs services pursuant to the services agreement between the fund and the administrator. This includes communication with investors, the calculation of the NAV, and communication with the fund's prime broker.

All other inquiries by investors, including transparency related questions are performed by an independent Client Service affiliate. This service team visits investors and arranges meetings and conference calls with the fund's management.

Diversification

As outlined in the portfolio section on this site our portfolio is broadly diversified therefore limiting the risk. The fund hold's a minimum of 100 different positions at any time split into 15-25 different sectors.

Position Limits

The fund limits its maximum exposure to each individual position to 3 per cent of the portfolio at all times. Since positions are usually hedged the actual risk to the portfolio is less than 3 per cent, however.

Economic Conditions

The success of any investment activity is affected by general economic conditions that affect the level and volatility of prices as well as the liquidity of the markets. The prices of many securities and derivative instruments are highly volatile. The Company's investment's are influenced by, among other things, interest rates, changing supply and demand relationships, the trade, fiscal, monetary and exchange control programs and policies of governments, and national and international political and economic events. Governments from time to time intervene, directly and by regulation, in certain markets, particularly those in currencies and interest rates, disrupting strategies focusing on these sectors. RETURNS

CashRev investment returns are a result of its disciplined approach to investing and risk management. The structure of the fund's portfolio and the investment strategy is specifically designed to meet institutional and private investors need for a steady and predictable stream of income.

The combination of hedging techniques and proprietary selection methods provide stable and steady returns outperforming all major stock market, peer indices and major development projects over a 12, 18 and 24 months period. The portfolio's broad diversification decreases risk and volatility in the portfolio.

The draw down periods never exceeds 9 per cent (peak-bottom) and any losses incurred are recovered within a 2-4 weeks. These performance characteristics reflect the risk adverse posture by the fund and our goal to achieve stable, above average returns with little downside risk.

At average, our funds generate a 20% return per 30 trading days.

Portfolio

The fund's portfolio is constructed with an emphasis on diversification, liquidity, and the ability to hedge positions established. The fund's primarily trades US stocks both from the long and from the short side. Positions are not per se actively traded but rather adjusted to the desired size within the portfolio.

Number of Positions

The portfolio carries a minimum of 50 and as many as 200 positions, all of which are highly liquid. The position limit includes the combined number of long and short positions. Positions are selected pursuant to the CashRev 's investment strategy in a top-down approach. The diversification contributes to our risk management efforts. The ability to hedge positions individually plays a role in our selection.

Long/Short Exposure

The long and short exposure in the portfolio is discretionary and may vary dramatically from portfolio to portfolio. Contradict to conventional believes, the longer the period of an active portfolio, the lower is the risk and the higher is the return. Short term exposure will only result in higher risk and lower returns.
